2. Fax your
order to us at 1-201-340-6249. In order to process
your order promptly, please indicate in your order: (1) The
item you are ordering, its catalog number, and quantity; (2)
your name, shipping address, phone and fax numbers, and
e-mail address if available; (3) P.O. number and billing
address; (4) how soon you need the reagent (see below for
product availability and shipping information). We will
e-mail you to confirm receiving of the order, and call you
if there are any questions regarding the order.
3. Send your order to us by e-mail.
Please include in your e-mail the above information, and we
will reply to you to confirm receiving of the order. We
request that you establish an institutional account with us

Please note that
antibodies prepared without adding sodium azide are
available. When placing orders, put "AF" (for azide-free)
after the catalog number. Example: TP-201AF instead of
TP-201.

Shipping Information:
Items that are in stock will be shipped
within 24 hours after receiving your order, or on the next
business day if your order arrives on Saturday, Sunday or
national holidays. In case a listed item is not immediately
available, we will e-mail or call you for other options.
Items ordered will be shipped to you via Federal Express,
UPS or other available delivery services, unless otherwise
specified in your order. Perishable items will be shipped by
overnight express mail.
Terms and Pricing:
Products are shipped F.O.B. East Orange, New Jersey.
Freight will be prepaid by Torrey Pines Biolabs and
added to the customer's invoice. All terms are net 30 days
from the date of invoice. All orders are payable in U.S.
dollars. Prices listed in this online catalog are for U.S.
only. Check your local distributor for prices outside the
U.S. Torrey Pines Biolabs offer volume discount for
large quantity orders and combined orders. Please contact us
for further information.
